No, no, we haven't completely lost our minds. Six weeks ago, we rescued two gerbil sisters from a family who could no longer keep them, but we couldn't come up with names for our brown and blonde sister pair. Braveheart and Sissy had been so easy to name because their personalities were so strong, but our new girls are just calm sweeties. On Friday, Isaac said he really like the name Pippa. I told him that Pippa is a good name, but since our critters are sisters, the other must be Kate. Isaac is dear enough to humor me and my love of all things British, so Kate and Pippa it is!
