Meal Planning Monday

Sunday: Leftover Meat Loaf and Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Monday: Sandwiches (I'm going to a yoga class on Monday nights now and big dinners just aren't going to happen anymore)

Tuesday: Russian Chicken (with quinoa instead of rice) and Green Beans

Wednesday: Pork Tenderloin with Chipotle Cranberry Glaze and steamed veggies

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Leftovers

Saturday: Out (we have a list of restaurants we keep wanting to visit and never do, so we'll hopefully scratch something off the list).
